Country specific 4P's

In the last weeks we finsihed our demographic research and the literature research for our 3 countries. We also added a general chapter for information about 3D TV's to our project paper. In the next 2 weeks we should finish with the country specific 4P analysis which would just leave us with the comparison of all the data left.

Research

The last few weeks were used for intense literature research and research of facts for the different companies. We split the work in three parts so each member got a fair share of research to do. The literature part will be used as a starting point for trying to compare the companies and their strategies in the different countries to each other.
Tomorrow we will have a litte review meeting to see if everyone did proper work and all the team members are satisfied with the result.

First steps

So the last week was quite challenging. We organized a few things via Facebook and sorted out some misunderstandings. We did some research on the companies and tried to do some work on the project handbook.

Teammeeting 1

Because of the trouble some people of our team had with the beginning of their semester abroad, we only held our first meeting today.
The outcome a rough timeplan for the following project. We defined our goal, several milestones and made the first plans of what to do in the following weeks.
